Product Overview

Super XL/5H Full Synthetic Ultra Low Temperature High Speed Bearing Grease is manufactured by a special process in a high clean environment using imported multiple synthetic oils thickened with advanced fatty acid lithium soap thickened in depth and adding additives such as antioxidant and antirust.

Application

It is used for lubrication of bearings in various types of ultra-low-temperature environments where low noise is required, such as: air conditioner mainframe and air blades, freezers, cold-zone machinery and equipment, and power tools.

Use temperature range: -50℃~150℃.

Reference value: Decibel reduction for group Z3 (6202) bearings down to: 18dB

Expected decibel reduction of up to 1 second during vibration testing.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
