Top XA Aluminum Complex Grease

Product Overview

Top XA Composite Aluminum Grease is made by thickening refined mineral oil with a new thickener and adding additives such as antioxidants, rust inhibitors and other additives, and refined by a special process.

Main Performance

It has good rust resistance, water resistance and oxidation stability.

With unique heat reversibility, good pumpability, No.1 and No.2 are suitable for centralized lubrication system lubrication.

Application

It is suitable for the lubrication of the friction parts of high-temperature equipments in metallurgical industry such as sintering machine, continuous casting machine, steel roller conveyor and hot rolling mill.

It can also be applied to the lubrication of friction parts of printing and dyeing equipment, large motors, precision instruments and meters.

Use temperature range: -20℃~160℃, short-term up to 180℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.

2. It should be noted that used lubricants contain potentially hazardous contaminants and prolonged or repeated dermal contact with used oils of any type and form must be avoided.
