Overview

Top (拓普) XA composite aluminum-based grease is refined by mineral oil thickened by a new thicker and additives such as antioxidants, rust inhibitors through a special process.

Main performance

It has good rust resistance, water resistance and oxidation stability.

It has unique thermal reversibility and good pumpability, No. 1 and No. 2 are suitable for lubrication in centralized lubrication systems.

Use

It is suitable for the lubrication of friction parts of high temperature equipment such as sintering machine, continuous casting machine, tapping roller table, hot rolling mill and so on in the metallurgical industry.

It can also be used for lubrication of friction parts of printing and dyeing equipment, large motors, precision instruments and meters.

Operating temperature range: -20℃~160℃, up to 180℃ in a short term.

Packing specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for use

1. Any lubrication products shall be stored indoors or under shelters.

2. When it needs to be stored outdoors unavoidably, placing it horizontally shall be considered first to avoid intrusion of rain or humid air and prevent the markings on the oil drum from being corroded.

3. The product shall not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or severely cold environment, and shall not be exposed to strong light, and shall be sealed protected from light for preservation.

1. Information on health, safety and environmental protection is provided in the "Material Safety Data Sheet" (MSDS) of Zite series products, which includes reminders of potential hazards, appropriate disaster prevention and emergency rescue measures, and processing of environmental factors and waste etc.

2. Attention shall be paid to that used lubricants contain potentially harmful pollutants, and prolonged or repeated skin contact with any type and form of used oil must be avoided.
