Shandong Beifang Zite Special Oil Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993. It is a national high-tech enterprise integrating the research, development, production, technical training, and sales service of heat transfer oil, special lubricating oil, high-temperature lubricating grease, and automotive and ship oils. In 2005, it was renamed Zite Beifang Zite Chemical Co., Ltd. In 2013, it completed shareholding reform and was renamed Shandong Beifang Zite Special Oil Co., Ltd. On November 4 of the same year, it successfully landed on Qilu Securities for listing, with the equity code: 100191.

The company is the first in the industry to pass the ISO9001 quality system certification, "Safety Production Standardization Level 3 Enterprise" certification, "Environmental Management System" and "Occupational Health Management System" certification. It has been repeatedly recognized by the province, city, and district as a model unit, an honest enterprise, an advanced unit for eliminating "non-standard generation", and an advanced unit for "quality management".
