■ Zhoucun North Special Oil Factory was established

1999

■ Changed its name to Zibo North Special Oil Factory; won the title of "Advanced Unit for Eliminating "Non-standard Production"" by Zibo City

2000

■ Won the "Quality Trustworthy Product Unit" in Zibo City

2005

■ Changed its name to Zibo North Zite Chemical Co., Ltd.

2006

■ Won the "advanced unit of integrity enterprise" in Zibo

2009

■ Won the "advanced unit of integrity enterprise" in Zibo; a joint venture with Hong Kong Heheng International Investment Co., Ltd. to establish Shandong Haolilai Special Oil Co., Ltd.

2010

■ Won the "advanced unit of quality management" in Zibo City; was assessed as the "teaching and scientific research practice base" by Shandong University of Technology

2011

■ It was assessed as "Famous Trademark of Shandong Province" by Shandong Administration for Industry and Commerce; became the deputy director unit of the Organic Heat Carrier Professional Technical Committee of China Boiler Water Treatment Association

2013

■ Recognized as "Enterprise Technology Center" by Zibo Economic and Information Technology Commission; the company's equity was listed on Qilu Securities for trading on November 4, stock code: 100191; integrated Zibo North Zite Chemical Co., Ltd. and Shandong Haolilai Special Oil Co., Ltd. Company resources, completed the shareholding restructuring and changed its name to Shandong North Zite Special Oil Co., Ltd.

2014

2015
