Keep away from open flames and equip the storage area with fire extinguishers (dry powder or carbon dioxide type).
Electrical equipment should be explosion-proof to avoid explosion of oil vapor by sparks.

Mixing of different models and brands of heat transfer oil is strictly prohibited to prevent chemical reaction leading to deterioration.

Wear protective gloves and goggles during operation to avoid contact with high temperature oil.
The leaked heat transfer oil needs to be adsorbed with sand and treated as hazardous waste, and it is forbidden to flush it directly into the sewer.

Normal shutdown: stop heating first, stop the pump when the oil temperature drops below 80℃.
Emergency shutdown: cut off the heat source immediately, natural cooling, forced cooling is strictly prohibited.

Temperature control: the working temperature should be lower than the maximum permissible temperature of heat transfer oil, refer to the product specification, usually ≤ 300 ℃ 
Pressure stabilization: the system pressure needs to be maintained in the normal range, a sudden drop in pressure may indicate leakage or vaporization.
Flow monitoring: Insufficient circulating flow may lead to coking, check the pump and filter.
Expansion tank monitoring: expansion tank to maintain 2/3 level, open system expansion tank below 70 ℃.
