Product Overview

Super HFDU ester-type flame retardant hydraulic oil adopts a special structure of synthetic oil as the base oil, with advanced scientific formulations and blending technology and lubrication, anti-oxidation and anti-corrosion and other high-level additives and refined, belonging to a new generation of non-toxic, harmless, biodegradable green lubrication products. It meets the requirements of Bosch-Rexroth, Sauer-Danfoss, Denison, Parker and other international specifications.

Main Performance

Developed specifically to meet the requirements of various fire resistant hydraulic equipment, it extends the life of the oil/filter, maximizes equipment protection, and reduces maintenance and product disposal expenses. Excellent flame retardant properties, can reduce the possibility of combustion in contact with hot or molten metals, electric sparks, open flames or when encountering hydraulic system leaks.

High operational safety, very high flash point and ignition point, with excellent flame resistance, in contact with hot or molten metal, electric sparks, open flames or when encountering hydraulic system leakage can reduce the possibility of combustion.

Excellent oxidative stability, not easy to oxidize and deteriorate, prolong the service life of the oil as well as the filter cartridge, greatly increasing the oil replacement cycle.

Excellent viscosity and temperature properties, high viscosity index, can ensure that the hydraulic components in the working pressure and working temperature changes in the conditions of good lubrication, action and sealing.

Excellent extreme pressure anti-wear, through the Vickers vane pump test, FZG gear test reached more than 12 levels, slowing down the wear of hydraulic components, extending service life.

Other places where there are open flames or combustible substances such as electric arcs and welding machines. This product can replace water-glycol hydraulic oil and phosphate ester type flame resistant hydraulic oil.

Use temperature range: -20℃~+150℃, use pressure up to 40MPa.

Precautions for Use
