Product Overview

Senior HM Antiwear Hydraulic Fluid (General Purpose) is made from high quality deeply refined base oil, with high quality antioxidant, antirust, extreme pressure and antiwear additives and other functional additives, and modulated by scientific formula, and it carries out the standard of ordinary antiwear hydraulic fluid stipulated in GB/T11118.1-2011.

Main Performance

Good viscosity and viscosity-temperature properties to ensure that the hydraulic components in the working pressure and working temperature changes under the conditions of good lubrication, cooling and sealing.

Good extreme pressure anti-wear properties to ensure that oil pumps, hydraulic motors, control valves and cylinders in the friction in the high-pressure, high-speed harsh conditions to get normal lubrication, reduce wear.

Excellent antioxidant stability, hydrolytic stability and thermal stability to resist the influence or effect of air, moisture and high temperature, high pressure and other factors, so that it is not easy to age and deteriorate, prolong the service life.

Good anti-foaming and air release value to ensure that the foam generated under the condition of violent mechanical agitation in operation can disappear quickly; and can release the air mixed in the oil in a short time to realize accurate, sensitive and smooth transmission of hydrostatic pressure.

Good anti-emulsification, can be quickly separated from the water mixed into the oil, so as not to form emulsion, causing rust and corrosion of the metal material of the hydraulic system and reduce the use of performance.
