Product Overview

HFC46 Water-Glycol Anti-Wear Hydraulic Fluid is made of ethylene glycol base oil, with synthetic ester and a variety of additives such as antioxidant and antirust, anti-foam, extreme pressure and anti-wear, etc. It is blended by scientific production technology.

Application

Used in metallurgical industry continuous casting machine, blast furnace, coke oven, coal and mining industry continuous coal mining machine, drilling trucks and excavators and other open flame, high temperature environment operation of the hydraulic system.

Use temperature range: -30℃～60℃, use pressure up to 20MPa.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 18L plastic drum and 200kg iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Thoroughly empty the equipment of mineral oil, including oil tanks, piping, hydraulic components, accessories, etc. in the hydraulic oil, if necessary, need to be removed one by one cleaning.

2. thoroughly remove the paint on the inner wall of the tank, generally can use chemical solvents or sandblasting and other methods. After paint removal, the tank should be re-phosphatized.

3. 1 ~ 2 times soft water or distilled water diluted water - glycol hydraulic fluid, with the diluted solution of the system using low-pressure, high-flow mode cycle flushing 2 ~ 4 hours. Then the cleaning fluid will be discharged.

4. Replace or clean the filter element in the system, and remove any debris or oil left in the tank.

5. Load qualified water - glycol hydraulic fluid, if found on the surface of the media oil or foam, should try to skim.
