use

Packing specification

  This product is packed in 18L plastic drum and 200kg iron drum.

Precautions for use

  1. Completely empty the mineral oil in the equipment, including the hydraulic oil in the oil tank, pipes, hydraulic components, accessories, etc., if necessary, remove and clean them one by one.

   2. Completely remove the paint on the inner wall of the fuel tank, generally using chemical solvents or sandblasting. After the paint is removed, the fuel tank should be phosphated again.

  3. Dilute the water-glycol hydraulic fluid with 1 to 2 times soft water or distilled water, and use the diluted solution to flush the system with low pressure and large flow for 2 to 4 hours. Then drain the cleaning fluid.

  4. Replace or clean the filter element in the system to remove the debris or oil remaining in the fuel tank.

    5. Load qualified water-glycol hydraulic fluid. If oil or foam is found on the surface of the medium, try to remove it.
