Product Overview

Top ZT4402 fully synthetic thermoforming oil is refined with high quality synthetic oil as base oil, scientific formula and advanced blending technology, and antioxidant additives. According to the use temperature and viscosity is divided into ZT4402, ZT4402-1 and ZT4402-2 three grades, the implementation of SH/T0010 standard.

Main Performance

It has high viscosity index and excellent viscosity and temperature performance, which can meet the requirement of high temperature lubrication of the executive sizing machine and also ensure the start-up at room temperature.

It has high flash point, which can ensure the safe work of the heat-setting machine.

It has the performance of decomposition reaction and cleavage into small molecule substance under the condition of thermal oxidation, which makes the chain and track of the sizing machine accumulate carbon very little and it is easy to clear the coke.

Application

This product is suitable for lubrication of rails and chains of domestic M751, M771, ZH921 and Nissin, Alum, Ligen and Micron heat-setting machines and introduced SST resin finishing machines in textile industry. Maximum operating temperature is 200℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 18L plastic drum or 200L iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. This product should not be mixed with other lubrication products, different lubrication products may occur between the physical and chemical reactions leading to a significant decline in performance.

2. The cap should be sealed in time after use to avoid the mixing of water, dust and other impurities.

3. This product has certain evaporation loss under high temperature, when using it, special attention should be paid to open the air duct of the sizing machine to avoid accidents.
