Product Overview

Main Performance

Application

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 18L plastic drums and 170kg iron drums.

Precautions for Use

1. The new loom should be operated at a lower speed because the cylinder and needles are not broken in and the starting load is heavier. Continuous use of about 15 days, and then clean the oil circuit, and replace the new needle, add lubricating oil, before the loom running speed can be adjusted up, so as to avoid break-in impurities will be cylinder and needle damage. It is also possible to increase the break-in time appropriately, change the needles and clean the oil circuit for many times, which is better for the maintenance of the loom.

2. Our company will adjust the viscosity of the product according to the climate (winter and summer), generally thinner in winter than in summer. Users can directly consult with our company and local agents and dealers. 

3. Before use, the oil storage, pipeline and nozzle must be cleaned, according to different requirements to adjust the amount of oil supply.

4. This product will emulsify when it meets water, during storage and transportation and use, it must avoid mixing with water and impurities, so as not to affect the effect of use.

5. Please keep it sealed and protected from light.
