USE

This product is suitable for stretching machines, heat setting machines (such as Taiwan Chengfu, Ligen, Korea Micron, Nisshin, etc.), spray dryers, coating machines, hot-pressing wood lines, Lubrication of chain drive systems in high-temperature equipment in continuous drying lines such as canning drying lines, biaxially oriented film lines, and high-temperature drying rooms in the building materials industry.

Precautions for use

1. Because the chain itself contains oil such as rust inhibitor, the new machine will produce sludge during the first use, so it should be cleaned in time.

2. For machinery that has used the same type of chain oil, this product can be added directly. At the beginning of the replacement, the amount of fuel should be increased appropriately. After entering the normal use state, it will be the same as other similar products. Such as: "PRIMIUM FLUID-SPECIAL" from KLUBER in Germany and "CL-175" high temperature chain oil from ROCOCL in the UK;

3. The oil consumption can be adjusted according to the actual conditions such as the tightness of the chain, the lightness of the motor load and the production time;

4. If the machine is not used for a long time, it should be stored after refueling and proper daily maintenance.

5. Please seal and store away from light.
