Product Overview

Super HGT250 Synthetic High Temperature Chain Oil is refined with high quality synthetic oil as the base oil, scientific formula and advanced blending technology, and add additives such as anti-oxidant, anti-wear and anti-rust.

Main Performance

The product has good high temperature stability, the use temperature can reach 280℃.

Outstanding lubrication and anti-wear, can withstand heavier loads. Less residual carbon, the chain can be kept clean for a long time.

Good viscosity and temperature, easy to start the machine at low temperature.

With less volatility, it can effectively save lubricant material, not pollute the environment and improve working conditions.

Application

This product is suitable for textile printing and dyeing and plastics industry stretching machine, heat setting machine (such as: Taiwan by the Fu, Ligen, South Korea, Micron, Nissin, etc.), spraying drying machine, coating machine, hot pressing wood line, can drying line, bi-directional stretch film line, building materials industry, such as high-temperature drying room, high-temperature drying line within the chain drive system lubrication of high-temperature equipment.

Temperature range: -20~+280℃.

Precautions for Use

1. New machine will produce sludge when used for the first time because the chain itself has oil such as rust inhibitor, so it should be cleaned in time.

2. For the machine which has already used the same type of chain oil, this product can be added directly. The amount of refueling should be increased appropriately at the beginning of replacement, and it is the same with other similar products after entering into normal use. For example, “PRIMIUM FLUID-SPECIAL” of German KLUBER Company and “CL-175” high temperature chain oil of British ROCOCL Company.
