Product Overview

Top CKD Heavy Duty Industrial Gear Oil is made from high-quality deeply refined base oil, with high-quality antioxidant, antirust, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives and other functional additives, modulated by scientific formula. It meets the requirements of American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) 250.04 and U.S. Steel (US Steel) AIST 224 specifications, and implements GB5903-2011 standard.

Main Performance

Extremely high load-bearing capacity, outstanding anti-wear effect under harsh operating conditions, reducing equipment wear and ensuring normal operation of the equipment. Good anti-rust and anti-corrosion properties, effectively reducing the risk of pitting and rusting on the tooth surface.

Good oxidative stability, in the high temperature and heavy load conditions, so that gears get good protection and lubrication.

Application

Suitable for tooth contact stress greater than 1100Mpa (11000kgf/cm2) and requirements in line with the United States AGMA 250.04 and USS 224 specifications of industrial gear oil occasions. Such as iron and steel, cement, mining, electric power, machining and other industries with heavy load gear device, and circulating or oil bath gear drive lubrication, textile industry, high-speed rapier loom gear device lubrication.
