Product Overview

Super ZT4407 semi-synthetic heavy-duty industrial gear oil is made from a special composition of semi-synthetic base oil with a variety of high-quality functional additives through scientific formulation and production technology.

Main Performance

Excellent extreme pressure and wear resistance, good bearing capacity, ensure smooth operation of heavy-duty gears, reduce tooth surface wear, effectively reduce operating noise.

Better viscosity and low temperature performance, can meet the requirements of a wider range of temperatures, better fluidity and pumpability at low temperatures.

Good thermal stability, strong antioxidant, can reduce the generation of various types of harmful oxides, to extend the service life of the oil;

Better oil-water separation performance, can meet the requirements of more demanding working conditions, reduce oil consumption.

Better anti-corrosion, anti-rust performance and anti-foam performance, effectively inhibit the occurrence of corrosion and wear of components, providing better protection for equipment.

Application

This product is suitable for gear equipment under various harsh working conditions, especially where low-temperature fluidity and water splitting performance are required, such as: heavy-duty industrial gears in mining, metallurgy, cement, textile, harbor machinery and other industries.

Use temperature range: -20~120℃, short-term up to 130℃.

Packaging Specification

The product is packed in 18L plastic drums and 170kg iron drums.

Precautions for Use

Select or change oil according to the reference index of equipment oil selection and oil change.

Avoid moisture or impurity mixing during storage and transportation.

When using, the container and refueling tools must be clean to prevent the oil from being contaminated.
