Product Overview

Super  SHC fully synthetic worm gear oil is made of high quality fully synthetic base oil, added with a variety of functional additives, blended by scientific formula.

Main Performance

Provides extreme pressure anti-wear protection, rust and corrosion resistance and anti-foaming properties.

Excellent lubricity and low traction, which reduces friction in gearboxes, improves their efficiency and lowers the temperature of the oil system.

Outstanding thermal and oxidative stability to reduce sludge formation and deposit accumulation.

Compatible with most oil seals and gaskets, but not mineral oils.

Good demulsification resistance and low foam characteristics.

Excellent temperature fluidity due to very low pour point.

Application

It is suitable for fully enclosed, long-life worm gear units in a wide range of temperatures, as well as their harsh operating conditions, such as bearings, gears and other circulatory systems.

Packaging Specification

The product is packed in 18L plastic drums and 170kg iron drums.

Precautions for Use

Select or change oil according to the reference index of equipment oil selection and oil change.

Avoid moisture or impurity mixing during storage and transportation.

When using, the container and refueling tools must be clean to prevent the oil from being contaminated.
