Product Overview

Senior CKC Medium Duty Industrial Gear Oil is made from high-quality deeply refined base oils with high-quality antioxidant, antirust, extreme pressure and anti-wear additives, modulated by scientific formulas. It meets the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) 250.04 standard and can be used interchangeably with Mobil Gear 600 and Shell Maxcoma R. It implements GB5903-2011 standard.

Application

It is suitable for the lubrication of sealing column gears, helical gears and herringbone gears with the contact stress on the tooth surface ranging from 500 to 1100Mpa. Such as: the requirements of high anti-emulsification properties of the paper industry in the gear device; temperature changes in the ship in the gear transmission; high temperature, high pressure performance requirements of mining machinery; metal rolling, rolling process in the gear system.

Packaging Specification

The product is packed in 18L plastic drums and 170kg iron drums.

Precautions for Use

Select or change oil according to the reference index of equipment oil selection and oil change.

When using, the container and refueling tools must be clean to prevent the oil from being contaminated.
