Super XPM Advanced Multi-Purpose High Temperature Grease

Product Overview

Super XPM advanced multi-effect general-purpose high-temperature lubricating grease is a special organic thickener, according to the scientific formula of thickening high-viscosity index hydrogenated synthetic base oils, and anti-oxidation, rust, corrosion, anti-wear, extreme pressure and other additives, made through a special production process. Containing aroma and special bonding between the particles, can withstand high pressure, high temperature, high speed and maintain a good distribution position, with a long service life and stability. It is a multi-purpose all-purpose high temperature grease.

Main Performance

Excellent high temperature resistance and water rust resistance, and play a special role in metal protection, anti-oxidation, anti-weathering.

Stronger anti-wear and extreme pressure performance, so that the noise and vibration is minimized to achieve heavy load protection.

Longer high-temperature and high-speed life, in the high temperature and ultra-high speed will not disperse grease.

Application

This product is suitable for metallurgical equipment, automobile, motor, chemical fiber, textile, printing and dyeing, railroad locomotive and other friction parts. Such as: bearings working in high temperature water shower, acid gas, radiation environment; high-speed, bear heavy load or shock load bearing; all kinds of mechanical equipment bearings.

Applicable temperature range: -30℃~270℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
