Super XPL Grease for Continuous Casting Machines

Product Overview

Super  XPL continuous casting machine advanced special grease by organic thickener thickening refined base oil, and add antioxidant, rust and other additives, the use of advanced production technology refined.

Main Performance

It has good high temperature resistance, water drenching resistance, colloidal stability, oxidative stability, mechanical stability and good pumpability.

There is no irritating odor, harmless to human body, in line with the requirements of environmental protection.

Application

Bearings in various parts of continuous casting equipment in steel enterprises, such as: gears and bearings of ladle rotary table of steel ladle, fan section bearings, roller conveyor bearings in front of furnace, shear bearings, furnace ear bearings and so on.

Operating temperature range: -30℃~200℃.

This product is packed in 16kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, keep it sealed and protected from light.

4. Super XPL1 is suitable for centralized lubrication system and Super XPL2 is suitable for manual greasing. Centralized lubrication system to use this product, do not have to dismantle the entire lubrication system, just inject this product into the centralized lubrication system, drain the original grease, until the product from the lubrication point can be run out.
