Product Overview

Super XPHX High Temperature Oven Bearing Premium Grease is made by special molecular structure thickener thickening high viscosity index depth refined base oil, and add a variety of additives such as antioxidant, rust, corrosion, anti-wear, extreme pressure, etc., through a unique production process. It is a lubricating product specially developed for the working characteristics and environment of various types of baking (baking) box bearings, which does not produce carbon under high temperature environment.

Application

This product is suitable for all types of high and low temperature bearings. It is especially suitable for sealed bearings that require long life or lifetime lubrication, such as: rolling bearings in high temperature ovens, high temperature high-speed motors, high temperature fans, textile printing and dyeing equipment.

Use temperature range: -40℃~230℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
