Super XPHT High Temperature High Speed Motor Bearing Grease

Product Overview

Super XPHT high temperature and high motor bearing grease is thickened with organic thickening agent class of high viscosity index depth of the refined base oil, and added with anti-oxidation, rust, corrosion, anti-wear, extreme pressure and other additives, made by a unique production process.

Main Performance

Long service life, five to ten times that of lithium grease.

Good high speed resistance performance, can meet the DN value of 500.000 bearings of long-term operation.

Excellent high temperature resistance performance, can meet the requirements of high temperature H-type motors.

Outstanding lubrication performance, not only to meet the requirements of small and medium-sized motors, but also to meet the requirements of large and extra-large motors.

Excellent water resistance as well as good resistance to acid and alkali.

Application

This product is suitable for DN value below 500.000 large, medium and small various types of motor bearings, especially more suitable for H-type motors, high speed secondary motors and large motors, or chemical industry exposure to acid, alkali gas, water vapor and other harsh conditions of the motor. It is also suitable for the lubrication of pumps, fans and other mechanical parts under the above conditions.

Use temperature range: -20℃~230℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
