Product Overview

Super XPEP High Temperature Extreme Pressure Antiwear Grease is a newest type of high temperature extreme pressure antiwear grease made by unique production process with special organic thickeners thickened with high viscosity index deeply refined base oils and a variety of additives such as antioxidant, antirust, anticorrosion, antifriction, extreme pressure, and so on.

Main Performance

Very good high temperature resistance, with a long service life and stability under high temperature conditions.

Excellent lubricity in high temperature, high load impact or extremely unfavorable conditions.

Strong anti-wear and extreme pressure, in the high temperature and high speed state will not disperse grease.

In contact with water, it will not emulsify and deteriorate for a long time, and will not be lost.

Noise and vibration are minimized.

Application

This product is a multi-performance lubricating grease, which can be widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, textile, printing and dyeing, automobile, mining, oil field, sea defense, sugar, paper making, plastics and other industries in the friction parts of high temperature equipment lubrication.

Applicable temperature range: -20℃~250℃.

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
