Product Overview

Super XPC Gearbox Leakage Prevention Premium Grease is made of organic thickener thickened with high viscosity index deeply refined base oil, and added with a variety of additives such as antioxidant, antirust, corrosion-resistant, anti-wear, extreme pressure and other additives, made by a special production process.

In the process of gear meshing and friction, a unique lubricant molecular protective film is formed on the surface of the friction amplitude, which has excellent anti-wear, wear reduction, extreme pressure, transfer and regeneration capabilities, effectively extending the maintenance cycle.

Eliminate the unfavorable effects of oil-free starting

Excellent shear stability, oxidative stability and load carrying capacity, which is 2~3 times higher than ordinary grease.

Reduces noise and enhances safety and reliability

With good filling and repairing effect, in the application process, the solid lubricating particles it contains are stored and filled into the micro-concave grooves and pitting pits of the metal surface, so that the new equipment does not need to be run-in and the old equipment can be repaired

Good overall cost. The amount of grease is small, 1/5~1/10 of common grease, which can save a lot of oil resources, purify the environment and reduce the overhauling hours and times.

Application

In many cases, gearboxes are lubricated with gear oil, but gear oil is prone to leakage, which not only pollutes the working environment, but also brings unnecessary trouble to the safety of production. super XPC is a special anti-leakage grease developed specifically to minimize this problem, and it is a successful case of grease-for-oil replacement. At the same time, Super XPC has excellent shear stability, load carrying capacity, and coating protection characteristics that eliminate the danger of oil-free starting.

It is suitable for lubrication and sealing of friction parts of all kinds of gearboxes, turbo reduction devices and open gears.

Applicable temperature range: -20℃~150℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 170kg open iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter.

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, not to mention that it should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.

4. Newly installed reducer is cleaned with N32 mechanical oil after 24 hours of running-in. Then load the semi-fluid grease, the old reducer can be added after cleaning semi-fluid grease. The old reducer which is difficult to be cleaned can also be directly added to the semi-fluid grease after releasing the old oil.

5. Add grease up to the root of the intermediate shaft and grease the rest of the teeth. Or add grease to the pinion gear, the big gear not more than three teeth high.
