Product Overview

Super XLZ mill roll bearings advanced special grease by special soap-based thickener thickening refined base oil, and add antioxidant, rust and other additives, using advanced production technology refined.

Main Performance

It has good high temperature resistance, water resistance, mechanical stability, acid and alkali resistance and good anti-wear extreme pressure, adhesion.

Application

It is suitable for bearings in all parts of continuous rolling and hot and cold rolling mill equipment. Can also be used in mining, machinery, transportation and other industries in high temperature, heavy load, moisture and other harsh conditions bearing lubrication.

Temperature range: -30℃~220℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, keep it sealed and protected from light.

4. Super XPL1 is suitable for centralized lubrication system and Super XPL3 is suitable for manual greasing. Centralized lubrication system to use this product, do not have to dismantle the entire lubrication system, just inject this product into the centralized lubrication system, drain the original grease, until the product from the lubrication point can be run out.
