It has good high temperature resistance, water drench resistance, mechanical stability, acid and alkali resistance, and good abrasion resistance, extreme pressure and adhesion.

USE

It is suitable for the bearings of all parts of continuous rolling, cold and hot rolling mill equipment. It can also be used for bearing lubrication under severe conditions such as high temperature, heavy load and humidity in mining, machinery, transportation and other industries.

Using temperature range: -30℃~220℃.

Packing specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for use

1. Any lubrication products should be stored indoors or under shelters.

2. When outdoor storage is unavoidable, horizontal placement should be considered first to avoid rain or humid air intrusion and to prevent the markings on the oil drum from being corroded.

3. The product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or severely cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, sealed and protected from light.

4. Super XPL1 is suitable for centralized lubrication system, Super XPL3 is suitable for manual grease lubrication. If the centralized lubrication system is changed to this product, there is no need to disassemble and wash the entire lubrication system. You only need to inject this product into the centralized lubrication system to discharge the original grease until the product flows out from the lubrication point.
