Super XLZK High Temperature Grease for Wheel Bearings

Product Overview

Super XLZK wheel bearing special high temperature grease by a special soap-based thickener thickening refined base oil, and add antioxidant, rust and other additives, using advanced production technology refined. The quality of the product reaches NLGI (American Society of Automotive Engineers) automotive wheel hub grease GB, GC class standard.

Main Performance

Good high temperature resistance, no softening or loss in high temperature and other harsh environments.

Excellent water resistance, no emulsification or deterioration, long service life.

Outstanding mechanical stability, under high load and high speed, the lubricant film is not easy to destroy.

Excellent anti-wear extreme pressure and adhesion, so that the wheel bearing is well protected, prolonging the service life.

Application

It is suitable for lubrication and sealing of wheel hub bearings of medium and heavy vehicles (e.g. heavy-duty trucks, cement pump trucks, large buses and commercial vehicles, etc.). It can also be used for lubrication and sealing of friction parts such as chassis, brake shoe pivot point, clutch rack and water pump.

Use temperature range: -30℃~200℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
