Product Overview

Super XLQ high-temperature, high-speed, low-noise bearing grease is made of special soap-thickened refined mineral oil, plus anti-oxidation, rust and other additives, refined using advanced production technology.

Good resistance to high and low temperatures, wide operating temperature range, low starting torque.

Outstanding corrosion resistance, oxidative stability, mechanical stability, anti-wear and water resistance.

Low evaporation loss, excellent noise reduction effect and high speed performance.

Application

Suitable for sealed ball bearings that require low noise, long life or lifetime lubrication, such as rolling bearings in household appliances, high-temperature and high-speed motors, high-temperature fans, textile machinery, power tools and other equipment.

Use temperature range: -40℃~200℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 0.8kg/barrel×12(box) or 15kg plastic drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
