Product Overview

Super LGHP high performance grease grease is made by special molecular structure thickener thickening high viscosity index depth of refined base oil, and add a variety of additives such as antioxidant, rust, corrosion, anti-wear, extreme pressure, etc., through a unique production process.

Main Performance

Good resistance to high and low temperatures, wide operating temperature range, low starting torque.

Outstanding corrosion protection, oxidative stability, mechanical stability, anti-wear and water resistance.

High thermal stability with very low evaporation losses.

Compatible with polyurea-based greases and lithium complex greases.

Very good mechanical stability, not easy to lose.

Excellent low noise characteristics.

Application

This product is suitable for various types of motors (small, medium and large); industrial fans (including high-speed fans); water pumps; rolling bearings in textile, paper processing and drying machines; high-speed ball bearings operating at medium and high temperatures; clutch release bearings; vertical shaft applications; kiln cars and rollers; vibration applications.

Operating temperature range: -40℃~200℃.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.
