Senior XL General Purpose Lithium Grease

Product Overview

Senior XL General Purpose Lithium Grease is made from fatty acid lithium soap thickened with refined mineral oil and added with additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, rust prevention, etc. It is refined by advanced production technology.

Main Performance

It has excellent water resistance, mechanical stability, rust resistance and oxidation stability. It can replace calcium and sodium based grease products.

Application

It is suitable for the lubrication of sliding bearings, rolling bearings and various friction parts of various mechanical equipments.

Use temperature range: -20℃~120℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement in order to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, and be kept sealed and protected from light.

1. Health, safety and environmental information is provided in the Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) of the Zits product line, which includes warnings of potential hazards, appropriate disaster and emergency precautions, as well as environmental considerations and waste disposal.

2. It should be noted that used lubricants contain potentially hazardous contaminants and prolonged or repeated dermal contact with used oils of any type and form must be avoided.
