Senior (施能) XML Molybdenum Disulfide Lithium Grease is made of fatty acid lithium soap thickened refined mineral oil, and added with extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, anti-rust and other additives, refined by advanced production technology, in line with GB/ T7324 standard.

Main performance

The friction coefficient of molybdenum disulfide is low, especially under heavy load operation conditions, and the high temperature resistance is better. It can strengthen the lubricating film under heavy load, vibration shock or high temperature for a short time. Therefore, this product is especially suitable for lubrication of heavy load and transient high temperature parts.

Use

It is suitable for the lubrication of heavy-duty gears and bearings such as steel rolling machinery, mining machinery, construction machinery, heavy lifting machinery, injection molding machinery, etc., and can be used for components with impact loads.

Using temperature range: -20℃~120℃.

Packing specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for use

1. Any lubrication products should be stored indoors or under shelters.

2. When outdoor storage is unavoidable, horizontal placement should be considered first to avoid rain or humid air intrusion and to prevent the markings on the oil drum from being corroded.

3. The product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or severely cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, sealed and protected from light.
