Senior XLJ Speed Reducer Grease

Product Overview

Senior XLJ reducer grease is made from fatty acid lithium soap thickened refined mineral oil, and added with extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidation, rust and other additives, refined using advanced production technology.

Main Performance

It has excellent anti-leakage performance, rust resistance, oxidation stability and good ability to withstand large loads or shock loads. Long service life, can reduce equipment maintenance.

Application

It is suitable for the long-lasting lubrication of all kinds of medium and heavy load gear transmission or worm gear transmission system and P-type chain speed changer. It is especially suitable for the lubrication of closed full-life gearboxes, boiler discharge feed gearboxes, toothed chain stepless transmissions and cycloid speed reducers which require long service life and less maintenance, and it can also be used for the lubrication of centralized grease-supply equipments.

Temperature range: -20℃~120℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for Use

1. Newly installed reducer is cleaned with N32 mechanical oil after 24 hours of running together. Then load the semi-fluid grease, the old reducer can be cleaned to add semi-fluid grease, it is difficult to clean the old reducer can also be released after the old oil directly added to the semi-fluid grease.

2. Add grease up to the root of the intermediate shaft and grease the rest of the teeth. Or add grease to the small gear, the large gear not more than three teeth high. 

3. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under cover. 

4. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, first consideration should be given to horizontal placement to avoid intrusion of rain or moist air and to prevent erosion of the markings on the drum.

5. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, keep it sealed and protected from light.
