Senior XLEP Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease

Product Overview

Senior XLEP Extreme Pressure Lithium Grease is made from fatty acid lithium soap thickened refined mineral oil with additives such as extreme pressure anti-wear, anti-oxidant, anti-rust, etc. It is refined by advanced production technology and conforms to GB/T7323 standard.

Main Performance

Good high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance.

Good oxidation stability and mechanical stability, which is conducive to prolonging the service life of the equipment.

Excellent water resistance and shear stability.

Good pumpability, can be used in centralized grease lubrication system (select XEP1 or XEP2 according to the size of transfer pump pressure).

No heavy metals, in line with environmental requirements.

Application

Applicable to various types of sliding and rolling bearings, and operating temperature within the range of various types of machinery and equipment within the use of high temperature, heavy load friction parts of the lubrication. Including: metallurgy, mining, engineering machinery, fans, textile machinery, engines, processing tools, textile, paper and woodworking machinery and construction equipment.

Use temperature range: -20℃~140℃.

Packaging Specification

This product is packed in 15kg plastic drum or 180kg open iron drum.

Precautions for use

1. Any lubrication product should be stored indoors or under shelter. 

2. when outdoor storage is unavoidable, horizontal placement should be the first consideration to avoid the intrusion of rain or humid air and to prevent the markings on the drum from being eroded.

3. the product should not be stored in an environment exceeding 60°C or in severe cold, and should not be exposed to strong light, keep it sealed and protected from light.
